Cleaning and Connecting in Whitelock!
Help Clean Up and Build Relationship In The Community!
40 Volunteers are needed!
On August 24th, we well be cleaning up trash and debris and doing outreach in the Whitelock Community.
To coordinate our efforts with other amazing events happening in the community on that day, we will also encourage residents to take advantage of free health screenings, resources, school supplies, food and entertainment at the Mayor’s Summer Block Party and Back to School Health and Community Fair. The Block Party and Fair will be held at Dorothy I Height Elementary School.
For this event, we are partnering with University of Maryland Medical Systems ,Baltimore City DPW & DOT, and The Langston Hughes Community, Business, and Resources Center and the Office of Neighborhoods and Community Engagement. We hope to see you there!
