AAME is Partnering with KaBoom!
Help Build A Playground at
North Bend Elementary/ Middle School!
200 Volunteers are needed! We are excited to announce that African-American Male Engagement – Baltimore is partnering with KaBOOM! to help Baltimore City Public Schools, The Broken Wall Project, Baltimore Children & Youth Fund; and North Bend Elementary/Middle School build a playground. Get involved and help to make a difference!
DATE: Saturday, August 31, 2019
TIME: 8 AM – 3 PM
Where: North Bend Elementary/Middle School, 181 North Bend Road, Baltimore, MD 21229
What’s Provided: Breakfast, lunch and water will be provided. Gloves and other safety materials will be provided for the projects that require them.
What to Wear: The playground build will happen rain or shine. Please come dressed for the weather. Closed-toe shoes are required; sneakers or work boots that you don’t mind getting dirty are advisable. Please leave valuables at home as secure storage is not available on site.
