The Man Cave: Faith. Fitness. Fellowship. Health Fair

LifeBridge Health’s Office of Community Health Improvement is hosting “The Man Cave: Faith. Fitness.
Fellowship.” – a health fair for men on Monday, November 11, 2019 (Veterans Day) 10 am – 2 pm.This event will be held inside The Forum Caterers, 4210 Primrose Avenue, Baltimore 21215.

The target audience is men who reside, work or worship within the service areas of LifeBridge Health (Northwest Baltimore, West Baltimore, Baltimore County, Carroll County) as well as men from the City of Baltimore and Baltimore County. The mission of the “The Man Cave: Faith. Fitness. Fellowship.” is to provide space for men to engage educationally and interactively with basic and advanced preventative medicine and medical screenings; thereby providing an opportunity for men to learn how to live, help their families and communities live their healthiest lives. The objectives for “The Man Cave: Faith. Fitness. Fellowship.” is to engage men in a journey of education of wholeness and wellness of the spirit, mind and body; to increase health awareness and disease prevention for all men by providing health screenings, educational information, healthy cooking and exercise demonstrations along with motivating men as a village to make positive healthy behavior changes.

Your organization is invited to display your services to the nearly 500 invited men to “The Man Cave: Faith. Fitness. Fellowship.” at its inaugural health fair for men. Although this is a men’s health fair, a “Ladies Lounge” was developed to educate women on how to effectively encourage the men in their lives to live their healthiest.
