Calling all MEN to be the change we wish to see in our communities.
About this Event
Every other Tuesday, African American Male Engagement – Baltimore along with various partners, bring together Black Men to train and discuss strategies for engaging Black Men and Boys living in Baltimore City. The purpose is to equip volunteers interesting in bringing love and resources directly to our Brothers and communities that are often forgotten.
Together with partners such as, Congressman Elijah E. Cummings, Kingdom Life Church, Muhammad Mosque Number 6 (F.O.I), St Martins Church of Christ , Seeds of Promise, The Movement Team, New Shiloh Baptist Church, The Baltimore Teachers Network, Safe Street Baltimore, The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development and a host of others we are unifying to directly identify and serve the needs of Black Men and Boys in Baltimore with immediate action.
Resources include:
- Jobs & Skills Training
- Emotional Wellness & Substance Use Treatment
- G.E.D.
- Food, Clothing, and Shelter
- Family Support
We invite you and your network of credible role models, resource providers, and mentors to be part!
All individuals or groups that wish to participants in engagement activities with AAME must attend the AAME Fisherman / Appropriate Leaders Unity Engagement Training.
